“One day 3 floats were scheduled but 2 called in. That left me by myself until further notice. Maria was scheduled to do her catch up but did not hesitate to help me. Also, a staff member was working a clinic alone with a PA. It’s busy and hard to catch up at times. Thank you Maria for being a team player. Without even asking she stepped in and worked up patients while I was busy working with a different patient. She made it a little less stressful and helped me catch up with the schedule. GO TEAM!”
